Cliff is phenomenal with his Role Play, he’s quick on his feet because he seems to always have a great way to respond with the right answer. But I would recommend you record it when he role plays, because you’re going to want to play it back and you won’t be able to write it down fast enough.
He doesn’t try to get you to do canned scripts. He adjusts them for you, your client and the situation. So, when you use them, they sound authentic and like you would normally speak. That makes it easier to use them naturally.

I have the pleasure of being mentored by “America’s Coach”. Yes, I refer to Coach Cliff as “America’s Coach” because he is always positive andencouraging. From the moment I met him my life changed.
