With over 48 years as a licensed real estate agent and 40 of them as a Broker, I’ve experienced the highs of phenomenal success and the lows of failure. As a Broker/Owner, I trained and taught many agents, but it was the shift to coaching over the past 8+ years that truly resonated with me. Coaching, I found, goes beyond sales training by offering a more personalized and impactful approach.

Success isn’t just about talent; it’s about being open to learning. If you ignore your instincts, disregard the wisdom of those more experienced, or overestimate your abilities, success will remain elusive. The willingness to do the work is non-negotiable.
